WePDF has no user accounts, and your documents are never uploaded to our servers. Most of your data
lives only on your own device, so you can delete it yourself right away. The form below is only for the
small amount of information we may hold, such as a past early-access sign-up or a message you sent us.
1. Delete your documents and app data
Android app
- To delete individual documents, open the document list, tap the delete icon on a document (or press and hold to select several), and confirm.
- To delete everything the app stores, including documents, settings, a saved signature and activity stats, go to Android Settings → Apps → WePDF → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app.
Web app
- To delete individual documents, open the document list, choose a document and delete it.
- To delete everything, open Settings → Clear data in this browser in the web app, or clear this site's data in your browser settings. This removes documents, settings, a saved signature and activity stats from that browser.
Google Drive backups (only if you turned them on)
- Backups are stored in your own Google Drive, in a folder named WePDF Backups. Delete that folder in Google Drive to remove them, including any files shared by link.
- To disconnect WePDF from your Google account, remove it at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
2. Ask us to delete information we hold
We may hold your email address (and name, if you gave it) if you joined our early-access list (now closed), and messages you sent us through the contact form or by email. Enter the email address you used and we'll delete them.
